I was told the system was acting a little bit funny today, but the gold was sent out to each winner of this contest.
The 44 gold bars was for the Golden Carnival event.
Can you try logging out and then log back into your game, and see if that triggers the gold to appear. If that doesn't work can you please double check the game ID you sent me and make sure that's your ID.
That's the correct ID you gave me, no worries I'll contact the CM she'll be back tomorrow, everything will be sorted out by then. Thank you for your patience.

once you click on the gear in the upper right hand corner of your comment ,you will able to edit your post. You see in my screenshot I double clicked the image, a white rectangular box will appear and on the far right there's going to be a trash can, you click on that and your image will be removed from your post.
