Yesterday I finished level 10 and completed the tea party challenge in CCFriends. It said "we're dividing the rewards. We'll let you know." Or something like that.
Now the challenge is over. I never got any rewards. I'm upset because I spent money to buy bonuses and help me to complete and win the challenge. And now even though I won, I get nothing. What gives? How do I get my rewards.

I'm waiting too. This seems to always happen. We wait. Then we get nothing.

I'm sorry you're having technical problems. Please make sure you have a strong internet connection. Open and close your game several times. I hope that the golden tea party ad will appear in your game again. It's not over yet. With me in the game, it will take another day.

I finished the all the parts for the tea party challenge a few days before it ended (which was yesterday) but I haven't received any gold bars yet? Why????

I am glad that you have found your way here.
Please be patient, the evaluation in the studio is still running. Last time it took 3 days before the players received their gold bars.
Also in my game the symbol disappeared earlier. It had previously said that it would end tomorrow. Suddenly, it was gone.
I trusted that we would receive our gold bars. But I can't tell you how many there will be.
So far I have had this event twice. Once there were 57 and once 44 gold bars. They were always distributed a few days after the event.

The same thing happened to me! At the end of the event no gold. Did the same thing with the ice cream challenge. Considering that I had to use a good bunch of my special candies to finish those two events its disappointing.
