Random candies lighting up: Is this a glitch?

I wake up this morning and open up my games as always to play and when I opened up my friends game I saw this in the board I was confused is it a glitch, is it something new, who knows. Has anyone else been experiencing some crazy things going on with their games lately or is it just me😄
If you notice the green block beside the cookie was twinkling I just played the board anyways so little farther into the level I saw another green block pop up twinkling so I was just wondering has anyone else experienced this?

@JessicaBilly I have that in the game sometimes. It can occur with all colors, not just green sweets. I don't know what it depends on. For me, I already had this situation with orange, green and cyan candies. It can also occur on all types of devices. For me, it's mostly on my old laptop. I think it's related to the fact that the graphics card no longer works properly or no longer meets modern requirements.

@Diamond Lim all good 😅 just so happens that this happens to me too!
I play in mobile and this happens to me with all color candies. I have yet to figure out what triggers it but it only seems to happen when I've used the coloring candy or color bomb. It's done it with both fish and wrapped candies. Don't think the stripes have ever done the shaking thing. The square is usually movable but will not match with its color. It essentially becomes a dead spot and sometimes it clears itself after several moves. But you aren't alone!

I've seen this too, though it hasn't conferred any magical game winning abilities! It actually doesn't seem to affect the game at all. Shrug. If anybody unlocks the secrect, let us know! 😂

I don't think I've had this mystery glitch in my game. I do know that when you tap a candy it gets highlighted and sparkles a bit. I don't know if thats the same thing here. I'll keep you up to date if this happens to me.

Maybe but I've been playing alot trying get a score with some 2's and 3 levels in a row with 3 stars for other contest lol😂
