I conneceted to Facebook and lost all my progress from level 1312 and I'm really really upset. Can anyone help?!?

If I understood you correctly, did you connect your game Candy Crush Friends to your Facebook account and you don't have a King account?

I’m not sure if I had a king account but I’m pretty sure I did only because my progress was always saved when I switched phones.

Yes I read it and tried signing in with my email but it says it doesn’t recognize it. Not sure what to do now to get my progress back

@itsjanelle what do you see when you visit your profile?
What is your current registration? Mine is with email and password. Please note: Real names and e-mail addresses are subject to data protection and may not be shown. When you post a screenshot, make this data unrecognizable, just like I did.

Follow the steps @DieOmimi gave for when entering the app. That is the Home Skin and the Profile button to click. (Not the Jelly Mastery Rank Profile from in Game)
On that screen you will see the King Logo (see @DieOmimi's screenshot above) Double tap on that and it will show your Player ID Number. Please post that player ID number and we'll see if we can help you from there 👍

It’s not going to give the ID because I don’t have an account anymore. It seems like it deleted once I connected to Facebook. So when that happened I ended up deleting that new account because it was only at level 1.
