Nope nothing changed. I even cleared everything and restarted everything again but no dice.

I recently switched to a new iPhone 13 and all Misty and Bubblegum Troll characters and skins have been ‘downloading’ for the past week. I’ve followed suggestions made on similar threads and nothing is working. I have more than enough gbs available. My game is also up to date.
I am attaching screenshots of my scrapbook and sample pics of the ‘downloading’ screen I see for the characters I mentioned. I hope you will be able to help me!
