Hi @Caellagh welcome to our community at Candy Crush Frieds Saga.
The gold bars from the golden carnival have been paid out today. In my game I got a popup and 43 gold bars were added.
If necessary, please open your game several times and make sure you have a stable internet connection.
@pickerid @JFP @Caellagh you can go directly to the help function in settings from the game. There is a menu item on in-game events and promotions. Choose the right one and if the answer is not enough for you, use the contact button at the bottom of the help page.
You will receive a ticket number to your e-mail address and can reply there. Attach a screenshot to your answer that you have completed the event. Here is my example that shows that I had completed the event on time (the last icon on my screenshot, not the one I marked, but the one below).:
Would love to! However, the game keeps crashing when I attempt to type in my request for assistance. I will do some cache clearing, etc. to see if I can solve this. The other thing, I can't submit a screen shot as the event ended a couple of days ago and the information is now off the game.
Oh, I understand @pickerid. You don't have a screenshot or other proof. I'm sorry and I'm afraid that the team in Game Studio won't be able to help.
It happened to me once. I once hadn't received any rewards for an event and no proof that I deserved it. Since then, I've been taking screenshots of every event I've finished. It never happened to me again, but as a precaution I take a screenshot every weekend at the star race, collecting ice cream cones or whatever is active when I have a winning position. I recommend that you do the same in the future. Once you've received the reward, you can delete the screenshots from your device. I do too.
