Freezing up

Hi @pearly1 welcome to our community at Candy Crush Friends Saga.

I'm sorry your game freezes sometimes. Please try our standard troubleshooting measures:

- make sure you have enough space on your device. You need at least 2 GB. You may need to move photos or files to an external storage device

- check your store to see if an update is required and check it out

- clear the cache (on mobile devices), please do not "clear data" (then you will lose all boosters)

- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.

After turning it on, make sure you have a stable internet connection.

@Erika0811 a server problem is not known to me and the app does not freeze for me. Neither on my phone nor on my laptop do I have any problems.

Have you ever checked your memory? Sometimes it also helps to force all apps to close. Many background apps perform activity, potentially blocking other apps.  

@Erika0811 then I don't have a current tip anymore. All I know is that there is no problem on my devices. I will get in touch when I get new information.
