How many layers are there in Hazelnut Crunch?

You may have seen this blocker in the Golden Tea Party event (if not before) in your Candy Crush Friends Saga game. Did you ever wonder how many layers are in a Hazelnut Crunch and how do you clear this pesky blocker?

Here is some help:

This is a screenshot of my level 10 board in the Golden Tea Party event 👇. I have circled 4 of these blockers.

There can be up to 11 layers and 2 different color sets (gold and silver)!

Hazelnut Crunch blockers are stationary and do not drop when candy is removed beneath them.

All of the blockers of a given color set are tied together, so hitting 1 removes a layer from all of the blockers in the same color set. It will not affect blockers in the other color set. In my example above, I will need to remove all 11 layers of the blockers in the bottom corners!

Thank you for this info. In the chilicious game in CCFS one of my challenge was to find the hazelnut crunch. I never seen it before so I didn't know what it looked like. Then someone showed me a pic and I found it. Then in the tea party game I saw it for sure. Wow it did have a lot of layers but I did count them.

Some other properties:

Striped effects are blocked.

Each cascade can only store up to 5 damage before handling the result.

If one set has taken damage, and another cascade happens after dealing damage, this set will not take further damage until cascade ends. (which is annoying)

Color bomb + coloring candy combo can wipe all layers without waiting.
