Tried to purchase a budle today an it done it to me twice. I only wanted one bundle but ordered it one more time thinking it could be my fault but that wasn't the case it didn't give me neither bundle. I want a refund an a human to talk to instead of getting no where. I spend alot of money but I will delete the app an find another game
Same with me on June 12. Still waiting for an answer.. Support does not seem to be a priority.
Google their phone number an talk to somebody. This going back an forth with messages doesn't get you anywhere. I just quit playing them

I'm waiting for my gold pass. This is upsetting and frustrating
@Roaemarie and @shortbull110, As mentioned by my colleague @DieOmimi above, a gold pass is not available for King games. I am aware of gold pass subscription services for other gaming platforms, such as Xbox or Nintendo, or online games from other publishers, but not King.com. Please verify from which subscription service you purchased a gold pass and contact them about your issue or to request a refund.
In King games, players can purchase gold bars to use in games to get extra lives or boosters, etc. If you did not receive the gold bars you purchased, please follow the instructions on page 1 of this discussion thread.
