We report the claims for badges to the office when the Dachs delivery service is finished. Since your team is already at delivery 4, I assume that you will unlock some more deliveries in the next few days.ย

Hi @MountainMom and @DieOmimi. I was just wondering if there had been any progress on our suggestion of a badge for 30 deliveries.
Also, we raised a query quite some time ago as to why the avatars of some team players were showing simply in pink instead of the actual avatar, but don't seem to have received a response. Needless to say, the avatars of these players are still not showing.

@CassD for 30 deliveries, there will be no badge (for now). According to the studio's statistics, the average rate (of all teams) is 5 deliveries.ย
At the moment, some tests are being carried out as far as the runtime of Dachs delivery service is concerned. I'm sure you've noticed. After varying between 8 and 10 days of this event, further tests are underway.ย
As far as avatars are concerned, that's not the right thread. I'll try to explain anyway. It has to do with the fact that the pink avatars are individual avatars, mostly (not always) connected via Facebook. Facebook has been very unstable for some time and therefore does not always transmit the current avatars. In addition, a stable internet connection is necessary. If your internet is too weak or the performance of your device is too weak, the avatar will not be displayed correctly.
If they are members of the community, I recommend the following actions:
- up-to-date app (make sure that no update has to be made)
- log out of the game
- Clear cache (attention, not the data! - this deletes all boosters)
- go offline
- force close all apps
- Switch off the device completely (shut down) and wait at least 10 seconds
- Switch on the device again, establish a stable Internet connection, log in to the app.
The app will then retrieve all connections to the server, Facebook, etc. This should prevent the avatar problem from occurring.
I know from my own team that the problem sometimes occurs (it was very bad at the beginning of the year). In the meantime, I can see all avatars (even the individual ones). Currently, there are no pink avatars in my team.ย ย
