The last level I have is 6420 and it's been that way for over a month with no new levels coming out on Wednesdays. I am fully updated to the latest version- any updates when new levels will come out?

Why can't I play my levels anymore? It's been forever!

This is my map today, same as yesterday, will probably be the same tomorrow.
I see you played one level on your phone as well!!! I played 2 hoping it would trigger something but no luck! I really don't understand why they don't revert back to the update at 4/26 this was before they tried to combine all platforms to release at the same time and found out the hard way why they were seperate to begin with, their software only compiles to 1 platform at a time which you think would be an easy fix for a low level programmer but here we are!!!

@DieOmimi and @Snow_Rider Here's my game right now... I am the only one making fish in Dachs by playing the same last level 6420 over and over and over (for way too long). It never lets me pass.
What in the world are you talking about? A video would show the exact same thing, you open the game and the end of content shows with no new levels and in my case no Dachs, that would be the end of the video, what don't you understand about that?

@MollyS @Boybinary @istuff I know that is not the best way to report the issue. But the more details we have, the better we can find the source of the problem, as it seems that a few players are experiencing this. We need the recording of your map, showing the blocker that doesn't allow you to progress in the game.

I am so glad I am not the only one who thought this was confusing. I have no clue what they want let alone how to take a video. This Yeti has been my constant companion for several weeks now.
You state many users using windows 10/11 can go further than 6420? If this is true show a map on win 10/11 with new levels showing rather than the end of content screen, as I said you can complete the levels on the phone and it will move your end of content to that level on your computer, but No New Levels and in a lot of cases no Dachs on win10/11

I agree with @MollyS this all makes no sense clearly windows 10/11 are not getting new levels only phone users are getting them, we don't play on our phones. you will notice that my computer moved up the 2 levels I did on my phone hoping it would do something but it just shows the end of content with the levels I completed on the phone the last known working update for win10/11 users was 4/26.
why not start there?

Sorry, but this response again makes no sense. You want a video of what? Me sitting at the same level 6420? Isn't that what all my pictures keep showing? And I am not alone in the issue.

Hi @MollyS @istuff ! I am so sorry that you had to experience this. The Studio checked the data and passing rate of the level you're stuck in, it seems that many players, using Windows, can go further than level 6420. To investigate your case, I would ask you to record your map showing the problem you have.

I was just going to ask about this also. I feel the same as you MollyS. It's been way to long and it should be made up to the players somehow. DieOmimi do you have more levels now that you have 2 updates?
My game is up to date.

@MollyS, the problem is still under investigation and it seems that only Windows users are affected. I'm really sorry, but we don't ignore it. Nevertheless, I will @snow_rider point this out to our manager again.
Since my last report I had 2 updates. My version Windows app) is 3.2.4.0.

On May 4 the studio announced a 2 week break from releasing levels and said new ones would be available May 25. Here we are, June 13, and STILL no levels released.
@DieOmimi Is this issue just being ignored now? Do they ever plan to announce something, anything at all? How will they make this up to the players?
So I am curious, did you play the new levels on your phone or did you get the new levels on your computer win10 and play them there? I see you have Dachs which is better than most, what region are you in? Also do you have a screenshot on your computer showing the new levels rather than just the end of content screen?
