Help for tricky levels!
The last level I have is 6420 and it's been that way for over a month with no new levels coming out on Wednesdays. I am fully updated to the latest version- any updates when new levels will come out?
Well, I don't think you play this game Candy Crush Friends often. Rather, you don't play it at all. I think you don't know what you're talking about and that's why you're just spamming to get points. Your comment, that I am the executor, is also not correct. I am co-responsible for this forum and do it voluntarily. Just like my colleague @MountainMom, we make sure that our players feel comfortable.
I'm sorry I play the game alot! I'm unsure how I'm spamming in this group I am answering questions. I don't think it's respectful to call someone out like that, especially when you don't know what your talking about. Of course darling I read the House Rules. Just didn't know you were the enforcer!

Hi @Boybinary I'm glad to hear that the Windows platform is now working again.
There are quite a few players who don't have a Dachs Delivery Service and they don't all end of the map. An inquiry in the studio showed that so-called AB tests are carried out there. You are probably also in one of the test groups with your original account.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a date when the tests will be finished.
I was in such a negative test group last year and it took over 6 months until these tests were over and I received events again. During the tests, I had nothing, no costume event, no Dachs Delivery Service, just a naked map with levels to play. I had stopped playing at that time and created a test account. This time everything is fine on my original account and the test account has no delivery service, it even completely lost the team function (the 4th icon). 😥

Ok I now am getting the new levels and upcoming features on win 10/11 but I still am not getting Dachs on my @Boybinary account and haven't since the 4/26 update, it seems to be that people at the end of the map that play on win10/11 are being affected, I started another account from the beginning on win 10/11 and Dachs is available to that account? Why are they blocking my @Boybinary account?? so annoying!!!

One would think that knowing the programming won't compile to multiple platforms at the same time that they would revert back to the system that worked week after week, I don't understand? Who exactly is in charge of the programming? Do they have a bunch of middle school interns having a go at it? Absolutely unbelievable!!!

Hi @ellectra. Glad you've been able to make some progress, although without the desired outcome. That's the problem at the moment. I couldn't even kick myself off the team if I wanted to. When I am able to kick off someone, I'll let you know. Thanks for trying!
@CassD progress! Kind of lol. Today your team showed up in search results. Sadly (for me), it's full.
Even though one member seems to have 2 accounts which is weird. Anyway, if a spot ever opens up, or if team leaders get the option again to remove inactive players, let me know :)

@CassD trust me, i have tried, with and without the space, with and without capitalization, i tried partial searches (friends, friend, evo, evol)...,nothing works.
My old team was los caramelo and while i am finding one team under that name, it's not my old team, i know the memeber's names, been playing with them for years.
The whole feature seems to be full of bugs, and the changes to the game and community are often for the worse. But the game is fun so here we all are anyway :) thank you for trying to help, i really appreciate it. Have a great day/evening.
Hi @ellectra. I'm sorry you can't find us. I can't even do a search for a team! Our team name is exactly as I put (FriendsEvol - no space and capital F and E).
PMs ceased to be an option almost a year ago - practically the same time as four of my friends and team mates were banned from.the Community. If you do a search for private message, you'll be able to see just how much upset it caused - and is still causing.
@CassD thank you, i tried searching for your team but i can't find it, no matter which variation i try and type in the search bar.
Not only that, but it also doesn't show my previous team in the search results (which wasn't super active but we still managed to average 7/8 deliveries, which is good given that the most active players are at the end of the map).
So i am currently teamless. Will try to repeat the search tomorrow, i might get different results, but it seems that the results are both incomplete and unreliable. Weird.
Had no idea private messages are no longer an option.

As @Boybinary has mentioned, our team FriendsEvol has recently completed 52 deliveries.
At the moment, King has messed up the button functions and it is impossible for team leaders to kick off any inactive team members. As there are also no PMs, we can't even contact most of them.
I'll keep a record of your username and contact you if/when the situation changes. At present, it may be easier for you to search regularly for the team name to see if there are any slots available, as I have no idea how long it will take to resolve the issue.

@Boybinary which group makes it through 30+ Dachs's deliveries and is there room for one more player? Most groups i joined over the years struggle through 4-5 per event.

The only Team that has made it to 52 deliveries is Friendsevol get in touch with @CassD to see if she can give you a spot, I know they have been having issues with the team leader functions.
Unfortunately, the dachs doesn't work for me, otherwise it would have been more than 52.
That is for sure! Hopefully they will have it fixed by next release.
