Hi @mandypants35 @davebarrett today there was an update and new levels. Please check your store, update and check the game.
@davebarrett I don't know where you read that there are over 10000 levels in Candy Crush Friends Saga. The last available levels are announced here: what-is-the-latest-level-in-candy-crush-friends-saga
@Boybinary that no Dachs is available unfortunately happened to me too (here) It is currently being investigated, I have reported my ID and @Kiki_g's too. I'll add your ID in the message (your ID 4156735943 right?).
The roadblock thing is very strange, you're the only one to whom this happens. Can you please carry out the standard measures first:
- log out of the game
- Turn off your internet connection (go offline)
- Switch off the device completely and wait about a minute
- Turn on the device, connect to the Internet and wait another minute (maybe play another game and see if the other game detects the Internet connection).
- Go to the CCFS app, log in and check if everything is okay (I hope so).
Please contact me again so that I have to expand the report to the studio if necessary.

Yes I have done all of that several times, I have a second account that is in the same team and dachs is working just fine(got tired of waiting for new content so started from beginning in 2nd account), I played a level on my phone and in my pc it moved the EOC up 1 level but no more levels after that? Also no dachs for my BB account on phone or pc? What were they doing for 6 weeks?
@Boybinary the studio has done various tests. What exactly, I don't know. What I know is that all platforms will have the same number of levels - so there will be no difference between mobile platforms and Windows 10/11.
I will report that you don't have a badger on your BB account if you agree and your ID is 4156735943 correct on the BB account.

Yes that is my account info, I figured they were trying to consolidate all releases but I think they opened a can of worms and found why there were different release dates in the first place.
They must be testing everyone at the EOC several people on my team are affected by this.
@Boybinary, I'm really sorry. I'm passing on your ID and the problem and I'll have to wait. Just like I'm waiting for a response as far as my own account is concerned (and Kiki_g). When Dachs didn't show up last Friday, I made my first report. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution yet. I really thought it was solved with today's update. Unfortunately not. 😯😥🤷♀️
