High score issues

okay a little hard to explain you know how beat a board it shows where you rank high score wise with your team mates for some reason my game has stopped doing that now when I beat a board it only shows my avatar and my score and not my team mates avatars and scores can someone please explain why it seems like everything keeps messing up on this game first I lose my sweet streak four months ago and it never comes back and not this I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but I liked seeing how well I did after I beat the level

Hi @LauraSmith82 we had an update of the app yesterday. Have you already done the update and are there any changes or improvements in your game?
If you don't see any friends, please tell me how you saved your progress in the game. Do you have a King account or are you logged into the game via Facebook?

If you've backed up your progress via Facebook, you'll only be able to see your friends when they're playing Candy Crush Friends Saga. If your Facebook friends aren't playing the game, they're not in your friends list and you won't be able to see them in your game.

I posted this so long ago I haven’t been on in a while (the community not the game itself the problem fixed the next day and I have an account not Facebook thanks so much for the help again this is off topic but do you know when or if there is any Halloween events this year if so when I love Halloween and the costumes for the friends are so Cory thanks so much for always replying helpfully

This year, many costume events have been repeated. so I assume (but I don't know) that we'll get Olivia in a Halloween costume. We'll see it next Friday (October 20). Right now we have the Bubblegum Troll event. If you don't have his costumes yet, you can win them.

I got all 4 of the bubblegum trolls costumes last time I bet every single level on first try which I think it’s pretty incredible to myself anyway but I’m still playing it now again because it gives awesome boosters still worth playing whether you have the costumes or not thanks though
