I have been playing this game for long time, but I don't know why candy crush friends or other candy crush games ARE NOT save my lollipops when I log in other device ! I earned a big amount of lollipops but they don't save those lollipops for me and when I log in to another device, they all disappear ! I hope somebody and candy crush friends help me to solve this problem to help me get back my lollipops.

Your game progress and gold bars on saved on the King servers. However, boosters are stored on your device. Consequently, your inventory of boosters may be different on different devices. Your boosters do not disappear -- they just reside on the device on which you earned them.
I'm thank you very much for your help but I want to log in to the new device and I really need those lollipops I have earned because my old device almost stop working and if it happens, all my efforts are lost so I really please you to help me find the way to save my lollipops when I log in the new device ! Thank you so much <3

@caobk, Regrettably, we are not able to transfer boosters between devices. We do not have access to players' devices.
I understand your frustration, especially with such a large inventory of boosters!. I can only advise you to begin collecting boosters on your new device and to play on your old device when you need to use those boosters. That is how I use my "old" iPhone because it only works when it is plugged in. I wish I had a better solution for you.
Hello @Tweetybell86 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community! Boosters are stored locally on your device -- in your case, your computer. The boosters remain on your device until you use them.
Does anyone else have access to your computer? Would they be able to play your game and use your boosters?
Do you play on more than one device? Because boosters are stored locally, the quantity of each booster can be different on the different devices.
If your boostrrs were purchased, more suggestions can be found in our Help Center -- tap HERE for more ideas. If your boosters were won in the game, they cannot be replaced.
@Tweetybell86, Thanks for the information. We have not had any other player report such a loss. You indicated that you might have already tried our standard troubleshooting tips -- in case the issue is related to your computer. Otherwise, ensure that your CCFS game is up-to-date. I am currently on version 3.9.0.
