I cannot speak for the studio nor am I in a position to elevate ideas since I am no longer part of the team. I know that when I was updating the master list of ideas there were quite a few ideas that got implemented. This studio was the only studio that implemented the most compared to the other candy crush games. I still didn’t get my Dachs back yet but I understand coding and know that issues are not always easy to fix. I understand the impatience that players have and I can feel that way sometimes too, but I also understand what the studio goes through when trying to resolve issues.
@ElenaVorona I know there has been changes in the CMs for this game and the master list has not been updated in a long time so that might have an effect too. Are there any specific ideas that you think should be implemented from that area? What problems is the studio ignoring? Please share your list here and let’s see if any could be resolved.

I won't create this list again. A few weeks before Christmas I already published part of my list (the main part). I don’t remember in which thread I did this. Back then I still hoped that the studio would give us at least some kind of Christmas present and fix at least one problem. But this was not done.
Over the past 3 years, I have created several discussions in the Community about problems in the game. Most of these discussions ended with messages that the studio is still doing very well and all problems will be fixed. But most of the problems are still present in the game.
I don't see the point in creating this list for another reason.

What can you/we do if you/we don't have the capacity?

I don't understand why you decided to give up.
If I was unable to do a specific action, this does not mean that you cannot do the same action.
There are people in the world who run 100 meters in less than 10 seconds. And there are people who cannot run 100 meters even in 20 or 30 seconds. Because all people are different. We all have different capabilities.
I quoted two of your phrases because they contradict each other. In one phrase you want to solve problems, but in another phrase you doubt that you can do it. Every person has an indefinite supply of strength and capabilities. How many? This can only be learned through experience.
I think in this community you can "run 100 meters" faster than me.
Never give up. Believe in yourself. Only the active achieve success.

I am confident in me but if you knew what I have been through here in the community you would understand why I am hesitant to post at times. I can’t and won’t revisit the past and you said yourself that you haven’t seen change so can we be a village like @rebelchild says? Can we get the studio to help us? I am still waiting to see if I get my team back.
