I, too, didn't get the event, @Palash_Sarma. I performed our standard troubleshooting steps and played some levels (old and new) but still did not get the event. I also re-read the applicable article in our Help Center. So, I have concluded that I am not in the test group for this event. I will see if we need to be patient for further roll-out of the event.

Edited, I shut my phone down and brought it back up and the event is there ๐

@Palash_Sarma, I have edited the contest Rules to include an opportunity to win the badge, but I don't have an alternative way to win the costume. Our Manager confirmed that the event is working properly, so we must both be in a test group.
