Daily rewards . Can anyone help?

The daily rewards I receive are never available for use...need help

Hi @BSValli Welcome to the Candy Crush Friends Saga Community

In Candy Crush Friends Saga the daily rewards are not a full reward you can use right away but are stickers you collect. Once you have collected the required amount you will either get a lollipop type reward that you can choose to use at anytime or a timer will start for one of the booster. The timer will show on the screen where you choose your friend. Once it has started it keeps going even if you do not play.

thank you, but yes, i know that. when I have achieved enough points I still dont get the reward

Can no one help me with this problem? It is the same on my tablet and mobile phone

I am having the exact same issue. I just keep getting all rewards but I can't find them to use them. I also can't receive new lives..I can send them all day long when it lets me but I can't find the backpack either. It doesn't show it only the new characters that I was able to redeem..
It's confusing.

Maybe Customer Service can help. I have also went to YouTube and searched how to pass a certain level to help me. We could prob Google our questions if we can't get a straightforward answer here. It's worth a shot! GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY PLAYING

Can you paste a screen of winning the rewards and then the next level screen? There is no backpack for Candy Crush Friends Saga
