As per today, I don’t have that green button to join a team… I am at 1000 Level. I should have it available since Level 24?
Any news about the issue?

@95chata, Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting steps:

Ensure you have a stable Internet connection
Make sure you have the latest update for your CCFS game app. I have my game set to update automatically and am currently running version 3.13.0
clear your game cache (do NOT clear your data -- that is where your boosters are stored)
log out of the game (please only do this if you remember your login details)
Turn off your device for at least 1 minute
After restarting your device, consider switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you're playing on a mobile device.
Log in to the game. If the team icon does not appear, please try to log out and log back in several times.

Let me know if you still don't see the team icon.
