Level 2

playing a group game with several days to run, went into play this morning and it has disappeared. I have checked and still a member of the group

    Hi @crazybunnylady warm welcome to our community at Candy Crush Friends Saga.

    Please follow our standard bug fixes:
    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
    Cache: Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data!)
    Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
    Connection: If possible, try switching the connection between mobile data and a Wi-Fi connection. In case you have a stable Wi-Fi, please prefer it and turn off your mobile data.

    Thanks but tried all of those, 20gb memory, logged out of my account, switched off etc. did update last week, which funnily enough is when the group game first disappeared, then came back, now gone again.

    Hi @crazybunnylady I'm sorry that your team play disappeared and didn't come back after the standard bug fixes. Can you please give me your Player ID so I can inform our Community Manager. It will look at your account.

    @crazybunnylady, I am guessing you are referring to the Bubblegum Troll event. Unfortunately, the Bubblegum Troll event was ended prematurely with the CCFS app update to version 4.1.0, which included fixing some glitches and making improvements, and the launch of a new event -- Rainbow Bonus Run, which ends on July 1. The BGT event is a recurring event in CCFS and will restart again in the future, but we don't know when. You can still expect new levels and Dachs Delivery Service events to be available.

    I was in Dachs delivery service yesterday and gone this morning, just as I was about to get bonuses. Was that event withdrawn prematurely too?

    @crazybunnylady, the current Dachs Delivery Service event should run for 3 more days. You can be assured that my colleague @DieOmimi has alerted the appropriate people about your issue.     Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear that the event disappeared from your game. Please note that special events like Dachs Delivery Service are bonus features and are not designed to be permanent. However, if these events disappear prematurely, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

    • Playing offline
    • Unstable internet connection
    • Logging out or using different accounts
    • Using multiple devices

    Next time the event appears, make sure you have a stable internet connection, are logged in, and use the same device 😊
