Instead of my friend I see a black cat called Lemon Head. Singel this is the case, I can no longer send or receive lives to or from him. What's happening? Am I hacked?

My friend has a picture of himself as his profile. But when I go to him in my list of friends and select him because I want to send him one life, his picture quickly changes in another profile picture of a black cat called Spicy Lemon Head, and then quickly back into his picture. Furthermore he does not receive any life I send him and the other way around I don't receive the lives he sends to me. Something very strange is going on I think someone has put in a bot or virus. We have tried everything...uninstall candy crush en re install...Checking out and checking in again but it remains persistent. So I hope you now can understand it better?

Hmm, we've never had anything like that in the Candy Crush Friends Saga game. Do you have any screenshots where I can take a look at this? In my friends list, most of my friends are called "Player" or "Speler" or "Spieler". I have never seen a black cat called "Lemon Head".
