I have been playing for a couple months b and I love it but I very frequently send lives and give when asked but when I need one I have only received 2 the whole time. Is this a issue that I'm only having?

This is so crazy! I cannot believe after all this time, I still cannot ask for lives other than from my Facebook friends. This is crazy. Others can ask me for lives, but I cannot ask them. When will this ever be fixed!0

I ask for lives all the time but when I return to the game I'll have 5 again but no ones answered my request? Why don't I have lives waiting to use on top of the 5? Where did my requests go? Into thin air! I usually have several to answer but I never get any from any of my requests!0

Welcome to our sweet community @delatte and @angel1367! The reason you are not receiving lives is because this has been an ongoing issue that is affecting, or at least affected, many players. The studio is well aware of it, and has been working very hard to get it fixed. While it has gotten better recently, it seems that some players are still experiencing this issue, especially with Facebook. Just hang in there though! It should be fixed momentarily!1
