Please follow our standard bug fixes:
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates. CCFS currently has version 4.4.4.1.0. Please check if you have this version as well.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache:
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data!)
Clear Cache (iOS): Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > The game > Offload App.
Restart: Sometimes, restarting the game can clear any temporary glitches. Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Connection: If possible, try switching the connection between mobile data and a Wi-Fi connection. In case you have a stable Wi-Fi, please prefer it and turn off your mobile data.

I have the latest version. Have plenty of memory. Restarted. I still have the problem of not getting the power and sometimes when Dachs' Delivery Service is open, it disappears when I open the app. I sometimes have to wait a day for it to come back again after restarting the game numerous times. If I clear cache, am I going to lose where I'm at in the game?
I also can't reconnect my Facebook account. I keep getting the same message that I've attached. I was worried if I'm not connected and clear cache, it's going to wipe everything and I'm back at the 1st step and lose everything. Any ideas why this is all happening?
The game has become so buggy lately.

@tysiej, clearing your cache will not affect your progress, gold bars or boosters; however we suggest you keep your game synced to a King account. Tap HERE to learn how to create a King account. You should use the same login credentials that you use for your game account on Facebook.
We also advise you NOT to clear your game data because all boosters will be lost by doing that.

I believe I have a King account but because the game was first connected to my FB, I just get this message: "Your game is being saved now that your account is linked with Facebook. It's time to reconnect your Facebook." With a button to reconnect it. That is when the error keeps happening, which I showed the screenshot before. There is no option to use King account. How can I connect with King and not FB anymore?
