So disappointing that they haven't gotten it fixed in over a week! So we have no chance to win anything, with no events while they take their sweet time. I can't believe it would take this long.

They are not doing anything. My game automatically clears event data upon shutdown, that today it downloaded something big and refused to display that. I assume that the event data are downloaded correctly, but some kind of mask prevents us from accessing.
