Game update
Since the last update it screwed us all up. I lost Dachs and the bubble gum troll event. I’m not happy about this. I’m wishing it wouldn’t have automatically updated. Monday morning and afternoon Dachs was there and so was bubble gum troll and then they were gone. I’m not happy about this at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

The last update in CCFS was unfortunately buggy and the studio is still investigating the cause. Our Community Manager has announced information about this here: -
Hello everyone,
please check your store for an update. On mobile, it's available (for me) and it's brought back events (Yeti Eucalyptus Event and Sweat Streak). You may have to start the app several times because it is not visible the first time.
The update is not yet available for Windows users, but is expected soon. Please check your Microsoft Store daily. -
@cthidell, the Dachs Delivery Service event should appear on Friday and run for 10 days. Please let us know if you do not receive that event. The last update should have restored the DDS event. However, there is no schedule for the Bubblegum Troll events -- they are a recurring feature in Candy Crush Friends Saga but it does not appear on a regular schedule.
I am surprised thst your Daily bonus has disappeared. Sometimes, issues occur when players switch between playing online and offline. No other player has reported this issue, so I suggest you try our standard troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you have a stable Internet connection.
- Ensure you have the latest update for your CCFS game app. I have my game set to update automatically and am currently running version 4.5.1.0
- Clear your game cache (do NOT clear your data -- that is where your boosters are stored).
- Ensure you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2Gb free. If you have less than 2Gb, free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
- Log out of the game (please only do this if you remember your login credentials)
- Turn off your device for at least 1 minute and then turn it back on.
- After restarting your device, consider switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you're playing on a mobile device.
- Log in to the game.
