Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 issue

Hopefully the screenshot will demonstrate the annoying problem. Basically, the top level is partly hidden.

Depending on the level, it ranges from annoying to down right impossible.

I see you're not satisfied with my answer. But I can't solve the problem.

The studio team has to look at this and find a solution. So I can only pass on the problem.

Hi @Grumpy_Old_Man we're really sorry you have to experience this. 😬
Can you please share screenshots of the levels that are completely impossible? Or a list of the levels where you have to experience this.
Thank you for your cooperation. 🤗

Hello @Grumpy_Old_Man. I feel your pain! I have reported a similar issue -- the headers and footers are too long in two other King games that I play on a Galaxy tablet. I recently got a newer Galaxy tablet and the issue does not appear on the new device. So, this issue seems to be related to specific devices. My colleague is reporting the issue. I will follow up to emphasize the need for an answer… for both of us.

  • How many screenshots do you want? It is at least partly covered on at least a dozen levels I have played. The worst scenario is the middle square at the top. This is covered by the moves remaining. You can't see what's there, nor can you move it. I bought the fold because my 7" tablet was dying. I need the screen width for a work app, but it also needed to fit in my pocket. If the screen resolution wasn't virtually square, it would be fine. I remember an issue with an iphone, where the camera blocked the moves remaining, or something similar. which is why I raised this.

  • If there was an option to disable playing in fullscreen, this could fix it.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
