Can you also provide details about (a) the Device you are using & (b) the platform you are using -- logging in thru Facebook or Kingdom account?

Also,make sure that your game is good with all the updates, and have enough free space on your device memory -- minimum 2 GB is required

Hello out there. I completed the Odus Quest challenge with more than enough Quests( all of them to be honest) to receive a prize. Yet I have received nothing, is there something else I should do?
