Still on level 99 even after completing it

A couple days ago I completed level 99 and now when I get back on game it shows that I’m still on that level. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I don’t know how to see what version of candy crush friends I have but it does not show that it needs updated and I know I didn’t uninstall the game after I completed the level.

    I would like to ask you for few details please!  I would like to make sure you are on Candy Friends game;

    I am guessing you have played level # 99 yesterday!  So, after playing the level, did you receive "you have collected all Octopus" message and your score appeared in the scoreboard?

    I did receive the message that I collected all octopus and the score did come up on my screen, however, I do not remember what my score was.

    I am playing on iPhone 8 Plus, my game is linked to Facebook and my King User ID is 1017107564.

    Just heard from the Community Manager.  Can you please check whether your game is good with all the "Updates"?  Also, can you take a pic of the screen where it shows your game version?
