I have the feeling the problem started when they put ads for their other crappy games.
Yes, we do have an idea of what they are doing right now: being incompetent and NOT addressing the issue.
They’ve been so arrogant. The game team hasn’t fixed the issues for weeks—including the Sweet Rewards, boosters, and Dog Delivery events. They only give us empty promises and ignore players’ feedback. We still have no idea what they’re even doing right now.

Still no update? I just will not spend any money on the game until this is fixed.
First of all, it's not some but all players, I'm also criticizing because you simply turned off the voting (sounds) for some characters we like, the rest are just basic sounds or votes, there are no sounds when hitting characters with your (I don't know what it's called) trump cards, and that really bothers me. I don't want to play other games because I'm not interested in them, I want Candy Crush Friends because those characters thrilled me, but as I said, by removing those sounds and votes, everything loses its meaning, thank you!!!
But first, stop popping ads that would say "Hey, give this up and try other King games" before actually fixing something.
Also to add insult to injury the sweet streak has gone as well.

just a few times, but it happens regularly a few times a year, they also removed some of the character sounds and now it all seems pointless to me, I will definitely reduce my gaming time!!!
This is the 5th week in a row that I haven't gotten Dach's delivery, any event (although it showed up for a few seconds), or even a sweet streak. King is a billion dollar corporation, and CC Friends has the most expensive shop, so I need to know how to talk to someone who can actually do something. This has happened several times in the past few years. Want to know why I play? I had to quit my job to move my family back into my Mother's house 4 years ago. She is 92 years old and disabled. My full time job has been her full time care, and this stupid little game gave me an escape from the dementia and the fear and the sudden yelling and heartbreaking confusion.
I feel like a sucker for how much money I've put into this game, and I'm 98% certain these "bonuses" are being stopped intentionally. I don't know why or how, but I've heard so many different things from King reps. I wasted the last several weeks waiting for my game to magically reappear like it eventually always does, but I think I'm done. I have appreciated this community (not that I can have any of you as "friends" to force me to pay for extra lives) and I know none of you are at fault. My hope is that someone who has some power (without the corporate greed) will decide to stop ripping off working class people, lower their shop prices by a few bucks and fix whatever this "technical issue" is and make the game fun again. Also, those of you who have to read this and hand out badges and keep this going get paid a salary. These are not big asks and they wouldnt make a dent in the bottom line.

There is something "wrong" and the development team is "actively looking into it". Considering it has happened several times before, you would think it would not be that hard for them to figure out. But it appears that I have been giving them too much credit.

I guess they lose money right now. I wont spend money on something that doesn’t work properly. And maybe they lose players too..

I had to change my password and now I’m not getting any events. I’m not even getting the stripe and wrapper that I usually get after winning a level
A little compassion would be appreciated once the problem is resolved.
I have lost Dachs Delivery for the 2nd time this week, 1st time I uninstall ed the game, it came back but I lost all my lollipop boosts, it has now disappeared again, very disappointing, will this be fixed soon? And can I have my boosts back?

Updated to 4.21.2.0 and sweet streak became usable on all levels. Previously, the jar would not appear at beginning of any level, but would warn me I will lose sweet streak if gave up. At least it is fixed now. Dach's delivery was over for me just 8 hrs ago, so cannot comment on disappearing events?
There was an update in the Google Play Store today. I installed it and played two levels. Sweet Streak is working again, and I hope that future events in the game will be bug-free.
Sorry, yes, there was an update, I was looking at it on my laptop. I'm not really an expert so I'm a bit hasty. I hope they fix the rest and bring back the character sounds as they were before!
I've written this feedback to your contact list repeatedly. I've sent emails. If it was your fault, why didn't you send informative emails to your users? I'm someone who constantly communicates via email; I don't usually write here unless absolutely necessary. But it's reached a maddening level. And then you respond with an automated assistant asking us to do things we already know, making the situation even more frustrating! Please stop breaking things. Stop breaking things that are working. Because I've been emailing you about the shortcomings in your game for years, and I see no progress. Please, can you finally work more consistently and make corrections? And please, when updating something, remember to back it up so that users and you don't encounter such ridiculous problems. Why hasn't the game been opening properly on Facebook for days? Before the King Games site was taken over by Facebook, I used to play on your site. At least it worked more stably. Now that it's one-way Facebook, it causes us to lose many of our rights when problems arise. I wish the King Games site would add new games here as an alternative so we could try them out. By the way, this update you mentioned is unfortunately not available on PC Facebook. You can only uninstall and reinstall the game. And even when you uninstall it, the game reinstalls itself. Please tell your team to fix this. It's really starting to get frustrating. Edge can't handle it; it's extremely slow and freezes. Chrome is up-to-date and still won't open properly. Please fix this urgently. This wasn't the case before. I can't access my progress at all.
They open after playing a few old games. Otherwise, they don't open automatically like other games. And to make matters worse, the profile picture often gets corrupted. Hi @_Elisabeth_ the character sounds haven't been fixed yet. We're aware of it, and the team is working on it. I looked into it in my game and created the following table for the studio.

Thank you for your answer, it means a lot to me, now I know that my complaints are seen and taken into account, I am grateful for that! Unfortunately, I do not understand all these expressions or what they mean, for me these are sounds that mean a lot to me in the game and without these sounds the characters and the game are no longer interesting or interesting to me, they have lost their charm. I do not want to play any other games because they are not as cute as this one and their characters and of course the sounds. Thanks again for letting me know that you are working on it!

I got the game update, but ridiculously enough, none of the issues with the Sweet Rewards, Dog Delivery, Boosters, etc., have been fixed. I have no idea what the dev team even updated—it’s just ridiculous.
this started February 3. Today is February 25 and still nothing???? No update no anything!!!! Horrible service. Still no talk about giving players a ton of free boosters (which cost you nothing) as compensation??? What is wrong with this King??? I bet you happily accept money for people buying boosters even with all these technical issues you cannot seem to fix or even care to fix or update your users. Give us real updates and give your loyal users a boat load of free boosters for this over 3 week nightmare!!!

king so arrogant that he's been playing the players around. We need to take real action to stand up to him—either escape this game or stop spending money on it.
Been well over a month for me. On the upside, i stopped playing and got back to reading, going out more, pushing myself to socialize more etc.
Never spent money on the game but i spent time, which is a lot more valuable. I hope for everyone else that the game gets fixed. For me personally, it no longer matters.

I was curious to see what would happen this friday. The old version of the game (windows) has the delivery. The updated version (android) is still blank. So the new update actually made it worse.
Same here. Dach's is back, but nothing else. Which was how it was AFTER they broke the special events, Trolls bubblegum, and sweet streak. Congratulation on going back to a point where is just slighlty less broken.

Everything works fine for me.
I checked again and my delivery is stuck in an infinite loop. I logged in to see "delivery nr 8 unlocked". I clicked on the icon, got rewards, but the new challenges did not load. I exited the app, logged back in, and there it was again, delivery 8 unlocked. So i clicked and got the boosters again. So I could technically spend the rest of the week just collecting boosters, but never getting new challenges. I wonder if the rest of my team is also stuck? Again, the laptop version seems to work correctly, but that one i last used a year ago so it is a very old version of the game, and none of my teammates are showing as active, so I assume we all have the same problem. i don't need boosters since i no longer play but i guess for my team they can stock up properly and pass a bunch of levels since they are in perpetual booster winning mode. Interesting glitch.

You hadn't noticed because you were too busy being rude and assuming the world revolves around you and your problem. In the end it's a GAME and if you're choosing to fill up yours and everyone else's valuable time complaing when it clearly hasn't worked then walk AWAY from said game. No one is making you play, bottom line. Perhaps if you're new to a forum you should step back and read the room.
try joining - maybe it only works for existing members, i don't know, but i just opened the game and for me it's still stuck on endless booster mode. the team name is "japanese"
