I am in desperate need of new friends to help send me new lives. A lot of my friends don’t play Candy Crush Friends

I suggest that you generously send lives to those players who have been randomly grouped with you in your King games. Hopefully, they will return the favor by sending you lives.
Unfortunately there is not a way to "bank" lives in Candy Crush Friends Saga at this time, but an idea has been submitted to the game developers to add such functionality. In the meantime, I encourage you to keep supporting other players.
Please explore this community to discover contests that include opportunities to win boosters or gold bars.
