Candy Crush Friends: Why can't I send or receive lives from my facebook friends?

I play on a desktop with Windows 10 and am connected to Facebook. Never had a problem sending or receiving lives until today. When I try either, I get the following message: "Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings." I have both restarted my computer and uninstalled and re-installed and still nothing but the same error message! Also, when I re-installed the game it kept my progress level -- but removed the lollipop items that I had.PLEASE HELP restore! This is an app problem, not my computer.Thanks!Gail

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Unfortunately, this issue is occurring on Windows 10. King team are aware about this issue and are working on it to bring a fix as soon as possible!!

Why is it that the game won't let me receive the gift box .It keeps telling me to tap the gift icon again

Can you please explain more about what is happening in your game? A screenshot would be more helpful!!

To post the screenshot, you will have to click on "Attach Image" icon located in the tool-bar (a bit farther to Emoticon), and select "Choose Files".

I ask friends for lives and the entire day goes by without me receiving them. I know they are sending lives if for nothing more than to receive lives when they request them. Plz help. I won't believe they aren't sending lives to me.
