Hi @kalanilehua I’m playing on my iPhone, you might have to force close your device for 10 second, and see if this feature will pop out on your game, normally this trick always help 🤗

Sorry, to clarify, my family has the jam challenge. I have not heard back yet from one member, but the other 2 also do not have the one that you do.
My cousin plays on an android phone but the other two play iOS. My sister and I usually end up playing on the same iPad on the weekends. She had the jam challenge.
The other thing was my quest boxes were giving me no points for almost a whole week. It fixed but I don’t understand what is wrong with my game. I have done all the trouble shooting you guys say on the website.
