Hi @kalanilehua I’m playing on my iPhone, you might have to force close your device for 10 second, and see if this feature will pop out on your game, normally this trick always help 🤗

My family got that one. I didn’t get that one either.

So is that new levels that I am missing out on? I have never seen that before and I have been playing this game almost a year.

Sorry, to clarify, my family has the jam challenge. I have not heard back yet from one member, but the other 2 also do not have the one that you do.

My cousin plays on an android phone but the other two play iOS. My sister and I usually end up playing on the same iPad on the weekends. She had the jam challenge.

I would really like to have new levels! The dreamworld looks so nice! Was there a new character or costume too?

The other thing was my quest boxes were giving me no points for almost a whole week. It fixed but I don’t understand what is wrong with my game. I have done all the trouble shooting you guys say on the website.

Hi again @SunsetSushiRodeo as I mentioned it before those 2 features are still on the testing hopefully everyone will get it soon and regarding the quest box reward, we had and issue last week, you were not the only who had that issue, and as far I know it already fixed now, I’m sorry for all the inconvenience.
