    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you tell me which level was it that you have just cleared?  

    Try to clear the cookies/cache and restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes!  See if it works and post back how it went.

    Level 1
    929 - I freed all the animals but it said I had one left.  I took a screen shot that the board was clear.   I used a few lollipops to clear them bc I was tired of the level.  Lol

    Can you please post the screenshot?  Please tap on "Attach Image" icon located in the tool-bar (a bit farther to Emoticon) and select "Choose Files" option to upload the picture from your device.
