I am so sorry to hear that you have not received the Bubble Gum Troll event!! Did you receive the event, but it was disappeared after playing few levels OR you have not received it at all?
With regards to "Watching Videos for free Lives" --> Are you having the "Black Screen" issue with the Videos like some other players OR you do not have the "Free Ads" feature at all?
