Hi guys,
We are constantly trying to give everyone the same chances to get new characters and costumes as well as the same game experience. That's why we are running the BGT event for the third time. For diverse reasons, we are not able to give it to everyone at the same time and if you don't have it yet, be assure it's going to come at some point.
We know and understand it is not ideal though - we welcome all your feedback!

I just want to let you know that I still haven't got the BGT event. You wrote that it may come later ... can I still hope?Are you sure there isn't a problem that means I (and maybe many more than me) can't have events? Restarting the BGT event for all which can still have events does not solve the problem for me/us.
