Why does it tell me im out of moves after making only 1 move?

I have lost 5 lives so far because of this. How do i stop this and is there a way to get the lives ive lost back

Hello @jaishon12 and welcome to our friendly community. It definitely sounds like a problem. What level are you on and can you post a screenshot of what you are talking about? Does this happen right after you have made your first move on the level? If you could please provide some more information I am sure we can look into this issue and help get it resolved.

Yes it happens right after my 1st move im on level 998. I cant take a screen shot because im out of lives. It sucks not only becaude i lost 6 lives now but i also have a 2 hour power up. 1 od the round power ups

@jaishon12 - this is a glitch with the level and the studio is working on fixing it. The level works fine without the power up. Once that power up expires - you should have no problem completing it.

Is there any way 2 restore the lives and the power ups. I spend alot of money on this game. The level is working now and i have moved on to 999

@jaishon12 - I can understand your frustration but unfortunately your lost lives and power up(s) cannot be restored. Luckily, something like this happens very rarely. However I encourage you to enter the various contests and events happening in the community, so you have a chance to win some free gold bars and boosters.
