The first thing to try would be some basic troubleshooting, such as making sure your game and device software is up to date, logging out and in to your King/Facebook account (boosters and gifted lives will be lost after this process, however), or simply restarting the game. However, in case these do not solve your issue, I have referred you to a CM to see if a reimbursement is possible. Just post your user ID (found by double tapping the “King” logo in your account settings) below do your account can be located easier.
