Hello @coffeeandthebass Hearty Welcome to our friendly King Community
I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! But, I am guessing that you must not have cleared the blockers where the "Gift Box" -- which is the Level Reward, was located!! If we do not clear the blocks, unfortunately the gift box will not be opened ---> Because of that, we do not receive any stickers!! Do you think, that would be the case?
Please post back and let me know by tapping on "Type your Comment" box located below. According to your reply, we will see what else we can do and/or escalate this issue to the Friends game In-charge!!
