After the advent calendar issue, I cleared my cookies and tried to delete and reinstall the app to bring it back. That solution worked but all the gold and lollipop boosts I collected were gone. Is there any solution to this?
@Aplumme, I can explain on thing right now, but the other I’m not quite sure I can answer. When you delete an app and redownload it, your boosters will be lost. As far as the gold bars go, they should be synced to your account. As I have just recently started playing this specific Candy Crush game, and since I’ve been away from the Community for a little while, I’m tagging @Foley1362 to help us here. Hopefully I’m not too wrong!😂
Hi @Aplumme - welcome to our friendly community. Unfortunately deleting and reinstalling an app always removes any stored boosters as they are synced to your device. If any of them were “purchased” though you can report this to the player support team here https://soporto.king.com/contact and they might be able to reinstate those. Sorry we don’t have better news for you.
