I lost all my progress with the latest update (Jelly Queen). I don’t use Facebook, so I don’t connect through that. I tried creating an account, same thing: back to 1. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Back to 1. I tried contacting customer support. They referred me here. How can I get my progress back?!
Did you try logging in with your email? When you pull up the game it should say play then underneath it will say played before try clicking played before log in with your email. You should have all your game progress. I hope that helps.
1) If you have already saved your game before through Facebook or Kingdom account, follow the suggestions in "Problems with retrieving Saved game";
2) If you have not saved your game till now, follow the steps in the section part "Didn't save the game, is it too late"! With this step, the "Player Support Team" will be able to retrieve your game progress. But, please note that they can restore all those levels with only 2 stars, but cannot give the highest scores that you have previously achieved!
