Lost progress with latest update

Level 1

I lost all my progress with the latest update (Jelly Queen). I don’t use Facebook, so I don’t connect through that. I tried creating an account, same thing: back to 1. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Back to 1. I tried contacting customer support. They referred me here. How can I get my progress back?!

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  

    Can you please clarify something for me?  Did you loose the progress of the "Queen Jelly" event levels OR the regular game level progress?

    All game progress was lost. Set me back to level 1 with no friends, boosters, or anything. Just like I started playing for the first time.

    Did you try logging in with your email? When you pull up the game it should say play then underneath it will say played before try clicking played before log in with your email. You should have all your game progress. I hope that helps.

    Same thing happened to me. I was at very high levels and it set me back at level 1. HELP!!

    Hello to @HelloBatty and @gr33n3y3z and Hearty Welcome to @rottymama, :) 

    Thank you for posting back @HelloBatty :+1:  But, I apologize for my delayed reply!  I am trying to find out why it might have happened!!  

    In the mean time, can you both please try to restore your level progress with the help of this link  https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/247838/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep-your-game-saved#latest

    1) If you have already saved your game before through Facebook or Kingdom account, follow the suggestions in "Problems with retrieving Saved game";

    2) If you have not saved your game till now, follow the steps in the section part "Didn't save the game, is it too late"!  With this step, the "Player Support Team" will be able to retrieve your game progress.  But, please note that they can restore all those levels with only 2 stars, but cannot give the highest scores that you have previously achieved!
