@magavali @nm5969 Have you tried force closing the app and then clearing the cache? This simple step sometimes solves a lot of issues. The last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters and the Jelly Queen event too as they are stored on your device's memory.0

To pass some of the difficult levels such as this one (2284), my strategy is not to crush the blockers one at a time but to create a killer combo like the Color Bomb and Coloring candy to clear most of the blockers in one shot. The player in the video did exactly that. You would notice he / she did not rush to use the color bomb. The player was saving the color bomb and try to create the coloring candy and subsequently the combo. Yes, there is a bit of luck involved. When I play a level like 2284 with an open area, it is not that difficult to create a color bomb or coloring candy. Getting them to line up is another matter. I may use a lollipop candy to help creating or positioning the candy so I can get the combo done. This strategy is working for me so far. Good luck!2
