I have iPhone mobile iOS 13.3.1 I cannot connect with my king account. Get connection problem please try again later. On the device I also have candy crush and there it is possible to log on with the same account. I have in installed re installed both apps but sill same problem. Do you have any advice on what to do? I really miss the game!

Hello @Miaoasni and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I see you have downloaded the most recent version of the IOS software. Do you have the latest update of the app, 1.76.1? Usually by de-installing and re-installing the app, that will resolve an internet connection problem. I have also experienced internet problems with some of the games but other ones are fine (I too play on an iPhone and also an iPad). Usually I might have a problem with Blossom Blast, but Candy Crush Saga and Soda and Farm Heroes are fine. These games can be fairly sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal and if there is a temporary drop or interruption of the signal, it can temporarily affect your game. You said you play via King.com. Are you able to play Candy Crush OK but are still having trouble with Alphabetty? Have you cleared your cache? Can you actually log out of Alphabetty or does the game keep saying no internet so it can't log you out?
If you can play Candy Crush Saga - I would leave that alone. Don't re-install it or else you will lose any saved boosters and lives. However, if you still have problems with Alphabetty, even after you ensure your game version is up to date and you have cleared your cache and turned your phone off for at least 20-30 seconds and it still says there is an internet issue, then I would go ahead and just de-install Alphabetty. I would wait a day (so if there is a problem with the King servers there will hopefully be enough time for them to be fixed) and then re-install it and try and connect to king.com. The other possibility is if you have a Facebook account - when you re-install the app you could try and connect via the Facebook app.

I opened this new thread and merged all comments of this issue in it to gather them.
The connection issue has been reported to the tech team and they are looking into it and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
At the moment I don't have any fix or workaround for this, but I will post any updates about this as soon as I hear anything from the tech team.
