A: wow that’s an interesting one. Hard to answer tho! The late 1800’s would be interesting as we were making so many discoveries and advancements towards the modern age! Ancient Egypt, as it would be interesting to know exactly how those pyramids were built, and the Roman Empire days because it would just be interesting I think!

A Carrot Soup, @Ashraf - That was not the most exciting meal yesterday night 😅Today's lunch will be cauliflower-chili-con carne (without carne/meat and with cauliflower instead of rice) a la QueenMia. Does not sound like it, but it's delicious 😉😋

I'm actually considering going to one of our local drive thru places. It's hard for them to stay in business and it would get me out of the house and support the local business at the same time. Not sure which one yet.
