with me what's going on and that when I'm playing a level the game closes, even though I still have a lot of movements. I don't know why that happens. Can someone help me?
Hey @tininha1975 - Have you tried to clear cache and cookies from your device? Also, do you have the latest version updated? If so and you're still having issues, would you be able to share a screen recording or something that can help us investigate please?

Thank you, yes my version is up to date 1.34.6. Today the problem has not yet happened. Can you explain to me how you can clear your cookies and cache?
I believe my Candy Crush is trying to be updated, but is not successful. I'm playing on a Kindle fire 2 (non-Facebook). When I start the game, it asks me to update it. There is a button to click for this. When I click it, I end up in the game store, with no option to update. There s are no buttons to click except "open", which simply runs the game.
On my Kindle, I can typically go to "Library", then select "update" to see which games need an update. I do this, but there is no update present for Candy Crush Friends Saga.
Also, when in my game, I ran across level 223, which was previously discussed in this thread. It still doesn't work properly if a sweet streak is present. Again, forfeiting the sweet streak by exiting and re-entering the game makes the level work. So I know the fix you intended hasn't been applied yet. How can I force this thing to update? Thanks so much.

I hope you're well!
As you might have seen we've had some small issues in the game yesterday and our Studio needed to make sure that everyone updates to the latest version to get a fix. So the pop up was sent to everyone, even those who already updated the game. That's why you've seen it but if your App store/Play Store says there's no update, then no worries, it's all good πIf however, you don't have the latest version, please update so you can play levels without risk of freezing.

Thanks for your reply. The issue is I'm sure my game is NOT the latest version because level 223 still fails for me, in the same way as described in this thread. I'm fine, I got past that level, but I get the idea the update process has a bug.
I found my copy is 1.33.4. Is that the problem? Maybe a Kindle Fire 2 update hasn't happened yet?
