Sorry to hear about your Problem on The Store Connectivity.
Your Problem can be solved easily.
Try these troubleshooting steps-
•Update Your Game To Latest Version.
For Candy Crush Saga, Latest Version is 1.175.0.4
For Candy Crush Soda Saga, Latest Version is 1.166.4
•Check your Internet Connection Speed. You need at least 5MBPS speed. If it's isn't available then try Connecting Over Wi-Fi.
•If your Internal Storage is full, things won't appear due to no storage Available. For this, make sure that you have at least 2GB space available.
•Try Deleting and Reinstalling the Game To Latest Version. Beware that you will loose your Boosters due to this. But You Can Win Them again by Participating in Contests.
•If you have tried above things and they didn't worked then there might be temporary break on Server. It may be due to Unlimited Lives on Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga. Also, due to Events Unlimited till May 7. In this case, check your Store again. The Temporary Break might have been lifted.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
1) With regards to Candy Crush Saga ---> There has been an issue and the Candy Team is working for a fix. So, you will have to wait a bit longer for the issue to be resolved.
2) With regards to Candy Soda Saga ---> Is it just the store that you are seeing "Store Unavailable" message? How about other features? Getting rewards in Mr. Toffee feature and Soda Squad, etc.,? Are they all working fine?
Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device?
Can you please post back these details. In the mean time, let me also check if there are any ongoing issues with the store in Soda!
