Lost most of my characters in Candy Crush Friends after saving game with facebook

Hoping someone can help me, i recently joined facebook and saved my progress on facebook but have noticed i have lost most of my scrapbook characters that i have collected. I am up to level 1192 and now can not go any further because i dont have those characters to play that level. How do i get them back?

Looks like you have posted the same question twice!!

If you have posted your question in a different game category by mistake, it is completely OK and no need to worry! Because, one of the Community In-charge team will be able to move your question to the correct game category.

Deleted the app and then downloaded it again, logged in with facebook and it is still the same. If I lugg in with my king account it takes me back to level 1173 with all my characters

Please log in correctly with Facebook. Please update it and clear the cache and restart. Then it should work again. Otherwise please get back!
