Hello Lillybirba,
I am not an expert and not familiar with the game your playing but did you try just pressing that X at the bottom of the screen and when you log off and reopen it do you get the same result that your not able to move? Maybe just try a total reset of your device your using and check your internet connection as well.

Hello @lillybirba - quite a few players had that happen yesterday. It appears to have been a glitch and the studio is working on the problem. However today I have the daily quests back. So hopefully yours will return soon too. Also - please post your replies in English. We only use English here in the main area of the community. You may use a translator app if you need to.
However, if the problem still persists for several days, then please comment below (in English) and I will try and help you further. You can also check for updates on the issue in this main thread here.
