Lost my striped candy!

I bought the option to have 1 striped candy per game and its gone? what happened to it? I want it back!!

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

    Are you having this issue in Candy Friends game OR Soda OR Jelly Saga?

    You will have to contact the "Player Support Team" to inquire about the missing offer. The Community team does not deal with any purchases issues as the query includes your personal details.

    You can send the complaint directly from your game itself through the "Settings" icon ---> Then look for "Purchases" option tab & click on it ---> Once it opens, scroll down all the way to where you see "Contact Us" ---> Click on that and fill out the details you are asked for.


    Once you send the complaint, you will receive an automated response as an acknowledgement. If you do not hear from an actual agent within 3 to 5 days, please send a reply on 5th day -- through that automated email itself and give them a heads-up that you are still waiting to hear from them.


    Hope you will receive the Striped Lollipop offer back into your game again! Have a great rest of the weekend!

    Hello @djpresson and welcome to our friendly King community! I am not familiar with that option in Candy Crush Friends. Usually you can purchase a bundle that includes the different lollipop hammers plus some of the timed boosters.

    Anyway - if this is a purchase you have made and you no longer have it - when you should have - you need to contact Player Support and get their assistance to restore your lost purchase.

    I bought this as an offer years ago, that you get one free striped candy with every game forever. Yesterday it disappeared! So it was a purchase, yes... but it's gone!!
