I can't open the gift box in upper right corner.

Every time I try to open the gift box in upper right corner it says I don't have an internet connection. Even though I am connected to the internet. I don't know what to do, any suggestions?

I am thinking there could be Internet connection issue for your device OR in the game!!

Are you receiving other gifts like Daily Bonus reward and rewards after finishing Quests?
